My Profile
Your Experience Designer account is managed through the VIOSO Platform. The My Profile action opens the platform account area in a new browser tab, using the same signed-in account.
Opening My Profile
- Sign in to Experience Designer.
- In the top-right corner of the top menu bar, open the menu beside your user name and plan badge.
- Select My Profile.
- The VIOSO Platform account area opens in a new browser tab.
If the new tab does not open, allow pop-ups for Experience Designer and select My Profile again.
What you can manage
The VIOSO Platform provides a central place for account and application data. Depending on your subscription and account permissions, you can manage:
Profile and billing
- Personal and account information.
- Billing details, payment information, and available invoices.
- Your current subscription, plan status, included features, and account limits.
- Subscription upgrades or other available plan changes.
Projects
- View and manage projects saved from Experience Designer.
- Rename, share, restore, or delete projects where those actions are available.
- Review project ownership and shared access.
Assets and storage
- Browse files and assets uploaded for Experience Designer projects.
- Search, rename, organize, download, restore, or delete assets.
- Review which project an asset belongs to or where it is used.
- Check current storage usage and the storage allowance included with your plan.
Shared resources
- Manage custom projector-library entries and other account resources when supported by your plan.
- Access organization or team resources when your account belongs to a shared workspace.
Returning to Experience Designer
The VIOSO Platform opens in a separate tab, so your current Experience Designer project remains open. After changing your subscription, permissions, or account settings, return to Experience Designer and refresh the page if the updated information is not shown immediately.
