PDF Reports
The report editor turns your projection setup into a polished, client-ready document — with live editable pages, projector installation data, photometric analysis, custom branding and one-click sharing.
Opening the report editor
- Open Share → Create PDF report.
- The editor opens with three panes:

What you see on the canvas is the PDF — there is no separate export layout.
Building a report
Presets
Open + Add Element → Presets for one-click page sets. Presets add their pages to the current report, so you can combine them (e.g. Regular + One-Pager Camera). Use Clear report to start fresh and Undo to revert the last change.

Elements
The + Add Element menu offers scene views (including saved views, camera outputs, and screenshots), data tables (projectors, cameras, screens, Signal Overview, and summary), analysis results, text, titles, and page breaks.
New elements are inserted after the selected element, or onto the page you are currently viewing. Hovering any block shows a + insertion line to add exactly there.
Editing on the page
- Text, titles, captions, cover title/description — click and type. Text blocks show a formatting bar (bold/italic/underline/lists) on focus.
- Images — drag the bottom handle to resize (snaps to 16:9, 4:3, 3:2, 1:1), toggle half width to pair two images in a row, or use fill & crop and then scroll to zoom / drag to choose the visible window.
- Blocks — drag to reorder, use the move controls to adjust their position, or select Remove to delete them. Everything is undoable.
- Pages — double-click the label under a thumbnail (or click the name field in the page header) to name a page. Drag thumbnails to reorder pages; hover a thumbnail to duplicate or delete it.
- Tables — select the projector table and choose a column set in the Inspector: Client view (no install data) or Technical view (position, rotation, throw distance, lens shift).
Settings
The tabs above the canvas (click again to collapse):
- Header / Footer — title, description (with Auto-generate), author/email/date, client/venue, project number, revision, status and a disclaimer.
- Logo — a project logo shown in headers and on the cover.
- Style — brand gradient colors, dark/light mode and paper format (A4/Letter, landscape/portrait). Save as Company Default applies the current style to future projects automatically. Measurement units (metric/imperial) follow your account preference in Settings → Measurement Units.
Everything is saved with the project — reopen it any time and continue where you left off. If the scene changes after images were captured, an amber "Captures outdated" badge appears; click it to re-capture.
Exporting and sharing
- Download PDF — renders the exact pages you see (server-side; if unavailable, your browser's print dialog opens instead and produces the same output).
- Share Link — publishes a read-only snapshot and copies the link. Recipients need no login and can download the PDF from the shared page.
Fonts are embedded, so the PDF looks identical on every machine.
