Quick Start
This guide walks you through creating and analysing a basic single-projector scene from scratch. It should take about five minutes.
1. Create a new project
- Sign in and open your Projects dashboard.
- Click New Project.
- Give it a name and click Create.
The 3D workspace opens with an empty scene.
2. Add a screen
- In the left panel click Add Screen.
- Choose Flat and set a width and height (e.g. 4 m ร 3 m).
- The screen appears in the centre of the scene. Use the transform handles or the property panel on the right to position it.
3. Add a projector
- Click Add Projector.
- In the Model dropdown, pick a projector from the library (e.g. search "Panasonic").
- Move the projector to a position in front of the screen using the 3D handles or by typing coordinates in the properties panel.
4. Run analysis
- Click the Analysis button in the toolbar (or press A).
- The viewport overlays a photometric heatmap on the screen, showing illuminance in lux.
- Hover any surface point to see pixel density and coverage data in the status bar.
5. Export or share
- PDF report โ click Export โ PDF Report to download a formatted document with specs and screenshots.
- Share link โ click Share to generate a public interactive 3D link.
